Storm Pro has the most professional install team. Those guys were GREAT!!! they were on time and within 30 min had almost all 8 of my windows out and the total job was 3 hours. The team were very nice fellows who protected my furniture kept my house clean considering they were in and out a lot. My windows and new front door look great!!! They were very precise with the caulking and at the end they did a demo of the new products and explained the warranty, and the city of St.Pete will be out to inspect in a few days. I would recommend them 100%. also, I used the MYSAFEFL home grant program so they were already familiar with this program which saved me thousands of dollars.

The team show up on time introduced themselves and started on the project. Rob, Jordan,Jesse,Carl & Austin all had fantastic attitudes, do great work and communicate clearly. Storm Pro experience was excellent. The salesman Shaun all the way through was involved and easy to work with. Met with the owner, who did the measurements. This made us feel confident. The installation team was the best part. They were professional, communicative as needed, they were clean and most importantly accurate and detail oriented. We had sliders installed by a different company as the first phase of our project. What a nightmare! That is when we sat with 5 different companies for our Phase 2.
