2. Permits and approvals. We pull the permit with your city or county building department and confirm every product carries the right Florida Product Approval or Miami-Dade NOA for your home. You can look up any approved product in the Florida Building Commission product approval database.
3. Built to fit. Your windows and doors are made to your exact measurements, not pulled off a shelf, so every opening seals tight.
4. Installation and final inspection. Our crew removes the old units, installs and seals the new ones, cleans up, and schedules the final inspection with your building department.

Our service area covers Hernando, Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte and Lee Counties, including every city listed above. If your town is not on the list, reach out anyway. We often cover nearby communities too.
Is there a charge for the in-home quote?
No. The consultation, measurements and written quote are free anywhere in our service area.
Do you pull the permits?

Are your installers employees or subcontractors?
Every job is installed by our own in-house crews. That is how we keep the same quality standard in every county we serve.
Where are your showrooms?
Our Tarpon Springs showroom is at 40345 US Highway 19 North, open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm, with Saturday visits by appointment. Our Fort Myers showroom is at 13031 McGregor Blvd, Suite 17, and is open by appointment.
